To prepare Empanadas Fiesta Jalisco you need:
- 2lb snow cap manteca (lard)
- 70 oz. four
- 8 t sugar
- 4 t salt
- 2 c water (cold)
Put four in bowl, put lard, sugar and salt, mix with fngers. When fully combined, add water. Divide equally and fatten. Fill with jam.
Crimp edges and bake at 300 for 20 to 30 minutes.
